Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy. The role will combine digital and traditional marketing expertise to expand our reach, generate qualified leads and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated marketing plan across social media, SEO, email, print and direct-mail channels.
• Oversee content creation for Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs and other online platforms.
• Manage traditional campaigns (print, direct mail, customer communications) while monitoring ROI.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
• Lead lead-generation initiatives, measure performance and optimise based on data analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Maintain and update customer-facing and internal touchpoints, manage budgets and support sales events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real-estate.
• Proven ability to manage creative teams, external vendors and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent planning, organization and budgeting skills.
