Senior Payment Card System Administrator

About the role

The Senior Payment Card System Administrator will lead the development, administration, and support of in‑house digital solutions that power payment card services. This role ensures the stability, security, and performance of critical card platforms while translating business needs into effective technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and provide system support for internal digital payment card solutions and platforms.
• Monitor health and performance of card‑related systems such as Base24‑eps, CMM, PRM, Perso Systems, Acquirer, Interchange, and Issuer platforms.
• Execute daily end‑of‑day operations for each payment network and configure terminals.
• Deliver technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Interpret business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Implement corrective actions to maintain system performance and security.
• Prepare system documentation and technical reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve payment card operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to monitor and maintain complex payment card systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑resolution skills.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
