Senior Sales Development Representative – Franchise Development (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to manage warm inbound franchise leads for our rapidly growing residential construction franchise brand. This remote, full‑time position focuses on qualifying prospective franchise owners and moving them toward ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound franchise inquiries via phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess candidates’ experience, financial qualifications, goals, and timeline.
• Educate prospects on our business model and franchise opportunity, building excitement and trust.
• Qualify leads using established criteria and schedule appointments for Franchise Development Executives.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent follow‑up until a decision is reached.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and pipeline stages.
• Execute structured follow‑up campaigns across multiple communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and franchise development leadership to improve lead conversion.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity, qualification, and appointment‑setting goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Appointment Setting.
• Experience working in or selling to the residential construction or home‑building industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong consultative selling and objection‑handling skills.
• Proven ability to manage leads within a CRM platform (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up discipline.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
