SEO Assistant – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven SEO Assistant to join our remote team. You will work closely with the SEO and Marketing teams to implement strategies that boost the online visibility of our eCommerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and on‑page content optimization.
• Support backlink outreach and monitor site performance using Google Analytics.
• Manage product catalogs, site structure, and Shopify CMS.
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement with Klaviyo.
• Create performance reports and stay updated on SEO trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of SEO experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics and Excel.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Merchant Center (preferred).
• Excellent writing skills; design experience with Canva is a plus.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, fast‑paced setting.
• Reliable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with at least an i5 processor.
