SEO & Growth Assistant (Remote)

TalentPop is seeking a remote SEO & Growth Assistant who can translate SEO tactics into measurable business results. This position is ideal for a data‑driven, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys improving website performance and supporting organic growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on‑page optimization.
• Support content enhancements to boost visibility and search rankings.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
• Assist with backlink outreach and track link‑building activities.
• Help manage site structure, product pages, and Shopify SEO updates.
• Analyze performance data and contribute to clear, actionable reports.
• Stay current on SEO trends and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
• Clear written communication skills and comfort collaborating with remote teams.
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Merchant Center, or Canva is a plus.
