Shopify E‑Commerce Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a detail‑oriented Shopify E‑Commerce Assistant to help keep its online storefront running smoothly. This fully remote role focuses on product listing optimisation, inventory monitoring, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize product descriptions across all Shopify listings for clarity and conversion.
• Conduct regular website reviews to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
• Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
• Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust.
• Update visual content such as banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an e‑commerce or Shopify‑related role.
• Proficiency with Shopify and related e‑commerce tools.
• Highly organized, self‑sufficient, and strong time‑management skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
