About the role

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd., an ISO‑accredited global consultancy, is looking for a senior Road Safety Specialist to develop road safety policies, strategies, manuals and guidelines for projects in Ethiopia.

Key responsibilities

Prepare road safety policy and strategy manuals or guidelines (1‑2 documents).
Conduct safety reviews of transport design projects and ensure compliance with road safety standards.

Required profile

Master's degree in Civil or Road Safety Engineering.
18+ years of experience in road project planning, design and implementation.
At least 10 years of experience in road safety policy and strategy development, design and safety review.
Experience preparing road safety policy/strategy manuals and guidelines.
International experience on road/highway projects is an advantage.

Required skills
