Social Media Manager

About the role

EasyPOS is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence from its Addis Ababa office. You will plan, create and publish content that builds brand awareness, engages audiences and drives interest in our cloud‑based POS and invoicing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars for all relevant platforms.
• Write, edit and schedule posts that reflect the brand voice.
• Coordinate visual assets and collaborate with design resources.
• Monitor comments, messages and community interactions, responding promptly.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports and optimise campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align social media activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and optimization.
• Ability to craft platform‑specific content strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
