About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies that grow reach, engagement, and conversions for its e‑commerce clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling content and support integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate on paid‑ad initiatives, influencer partnerships, and cross‑channel marketing efforts.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing projects with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
