Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for its e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging graphics, videos, captions, and stories that reflect the brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
