Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for its e‑commerce clients. The role combines content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish graphics, videos, captions and stories that reflect the brand voice.
• Monitor key performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach or SEO is a plus.
• Highly organised, creative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
