Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies that grow brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling content and support integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Create, schedule and publish graphics, videos, captions and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate on paid advertising, influencer partnerships and cross‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing projects with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting ability and eye for visual storytelling.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Highly organised, creative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
