Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help brands grow their online presence. You will design and execute social strategies that boost reach, engagement, and conversions across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Experience using social media analytics tools.
