Technical Service Representative (TSR)

About the role

The Technical Service Representative (TSR) provides advanced technical support for Komatsu equipment, working directly with customer maintenance teams to ensure high equipment availability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Conduct breakdown investigations, root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions aligned with OEM standards.
• Support planned maintenance interventions, guide technicians, and verify maintenance quality.
• Perform fleet inspections, identify defects, and generate detailed defect reports.
• Monitor machine health using Komatsu EQP Care and KOMTRAX, analyse oil‑analysis and performance data, and support predictive maintenance.
• Coach and mentor customer maintenance personnel, transferring OEM knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE requirements and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in heavy‑equipment service or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and condition monitoring.
• Ability to work on‑site with customer teams and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
