TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and organized TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant to support influencer campaigns and social media initiatives. This remote position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment, helping brands grow their presence on TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Assist in managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators or internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach to potential influencers for collaborations.
• Maintain communication logs and coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
