About the role

The Trainee Officer position is an entry‑level opportunity at Yegna Microfinance Institution, based in Kombolcha. The role is designed for recent graduates who wish to start a career in the micro‑finance sector while gaining practical experience in office operations and client services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior officers in daily administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Graduates from 2016 Ethiopian Calendar onward.
• No prior work experience required.
• Interest in marketing and sales is considered an advantage.
