Utilities Maintenance Planner

About the role

The Utilities Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of plant reliability through TPM development, maintenance planning, and project coordination. The role involves generating routine maintenance schedules, allocating resources, and supporting both operational and data integrity of maintenance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Generate routine maintenance schedules using the maintenance planning system, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection tasks.
• Allocate resources, create work orders, and communicate schedules to production, engineering, and support teams.
• Verify completion of scheduled tasks and autonomous maintenance performed by shift teams.
• Manage maintenance systems, ensure data accuracy, and produce SAP and other maintenance reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify failure modes, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead planned maintenance pre‑meetings, prioritize ad‑hoc tasks, and assign resources in collaboration with departmental heads.
• Participate in commissioning of new maintenance systems or updates to existing ones.
