Visual Storyteller

About the role

Pangolin Marketing is looking for a Visual Storyteller to elevate B2B SaaS brands with compelling, high‑impact design. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑focused visuals that help clients stand out on a global stage.

Key responsibilities

• Design a full range of B2B marketing collateral, including sales decks, eBooks, infographics, event branding, digital ads, social campaigns, landing‑page visuals, and case studies.
• Turn briefings such as “make us look serious and smart” into decks and visuals that C‑level audiences actually read.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML) to ideate faster and iterate smarter while maintaining craft.
• Collaborate closely with strategists and content writers to ensure visuals reinforce the narrative.
• Present work with clear rationale, explaining design choices and intended audience impact.
• Deliver fast turnarounds without compromising hierarchy, contrast, alignment, or colour fundamentals.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of design experience in an agency, startup, or as a serious freelancer.
• Portfolio showing original work across at least three formats (branding, digital, print or presentation).
• Comfort working in ambiguity and iterating based on feedback.
• Ability to produce high‑volume work without sacrificing precision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML (or equivalents).
