Warehouse Coordinator – ERP/WMS & Inventory Management

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator (Level 2) to join our team in Addis Ababa. The role ensures accurate and timely warehouse data management, acting as the bridge between warehouse operations, finance, production and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain system integrity of ERP/WMS, perform reconciliations between physical stock, ERP records and finance books.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, trigger replenishment or escalation when thresholds are breached.
• Ensure correct labeling, bin locations and storage standards, enforcing 5S and continuous improvement.
• Support pre‑delivery and dispatch readiness by aligning system data with physical stock.
• Identify and resolve system‑related discrepancies, working closely with warehouse and cross‑functional teams.
• Train and support junior warehouse admins on system usage and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or assembly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS platforms such as Cin7, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
