3D Modeler & Animator (Full‑time, Addis Ababa)

About the role

G‑Media Studios is seeking a creative 3D Modeler and Animator to join its on‑site team in Addis Ababa. You will be responsible for turning concepts into high‑quality 3D assets and animations that meet the studio’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build detailed 3D models for various projects.
• Create animated sequences using industry‑standard tools.
• Optimize models for performance and specific project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with animation, production, and VFX teams to ensure seamless integration of assets.
• Apply realistic lighting techniques to enhance visual realism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 3D design and modeling.
• Hands‑on expertise with Blender or comparable 3D rendering and animation software.
• Strong eye for detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Degree or certification in Animation, 3D Design, or a related field is preferred.
