Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME (South West District)

About the role

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME will lead business development activities for the branch team in the South West District, focusing on retail and MSME customers. The role involves driving deposit and loan growth, promoting the bank’s product portfolio, and building strong, value‑added relationships with existing and new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, lead and control business development initiatives within the assigned region.
• Attract, deepen and manage financial relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth targets.
• Promote and sell the bank’s range of products and services to retail and MSME customers.
• Maintain compliance with credit, risk‑management and regulatory requirements.
• Engage senior leaders on business priorities and drive strategic change.
• Manage projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

Required profile

• BA degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Retail & MSME segments.
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation and networking within financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit, risk management and compliance.
• Leadership abilities such as result‑driven mindset, coaching, customer insight and partnership engagement.
