About the role

IDinsight is seeking a senior leader to shape its global strategy and drive large‑scale growth across multiple regions. The Chief Strategy & Scale Officer will sit on the Global Executive Team, influencing the organization’s impact, financial health, and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute the organization’s long‑term strategic roadmap.
Lead initiatives that scale evidence‑based solutions to national and regional levels.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align program portfolios with impact goals.
Monitor sector trends and position IDinsight as a thought leader in data‑driven development.
Oversee performance metrics, financial planning, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

Proven experience in senior strategy or growth roles within the development or nonprofit sector.
Strong track record of scaling programs or products across countries.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural, multi‑site environment.
