Client Relationship Officer (Assosa)

About the role

Inkomoko Ethiopia is seeking a motivated Client Relationship Officer to strengthen and expand relationships with our portfolio of entrepreneurs and customers in Assosa. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage a client portfolio, handling escalations, follow‑ups, and incident triage.
• Conduct regular client interviews to identify concerns and improve satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver presentations that illustrate how Inkomoko’s capital and services can support client growth.
• Update clients on portfolio activity, performance, and success stories.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow the client base.
• Build and maintain a robust customer relationship management strategy.
• Stay fully informed about Inkomoko’s service offerings to provide accurate information.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client or customer relationship management.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Professional, courteous, and solution‑oriented attitude.
