About the role
This consulting assignment focuses on creating a comprehensive framework for the demutualization of a stock exchange. The consultant will work closely with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other key stakeholders to produce actionable guidelines and supporting legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare an Inception Report outlining the work plan and methodology.
- Draft detailed Demutualization Guidelines for the stock exchange.
- Develop draft legislation required for the demutualization process.
- Conduct a technical workshop to train key stakeholders on the new framework.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and finalize the Guidelines.
- Provide an Implementation Support Report documenting advisory support, transition guidance, and tools/templates for operationalizing the demutualization.
