Consultant to Develop Guidelines for Demutualization

About the role

This consulting assignment focuses on creating a comprehensive framework for the demutualization of a stock exchange. The consultant will work closely with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other key stakeholders to produce actionable guidelines and supporting legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare an Inception Report outlining the work plan and methodology.
• Draft detailed Demutualization Guidelines for the stock exchange.
• Develop draft legislation required for the demutualization process.
• Conduct a technical workshop to train key stakeholders on the new framework.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and finalize the Guidelines.
• Provide an Implementation Support Report documenting advisory support, transition guidance, and tools/templates for operationalizing the demutualization.
