Cultural Awareness Training Consultant (Addis Ababa)

About the role

Right To Play is seeking an experienced consultant to design and deliver two half‑day, in‑person cultural awareness workshops for its staff in Addis Ababa. The aim is to enhance participants’ ability to work effectively in multicultural, high‑pressure environments and to promote teamwork and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current cultural competency level of Right To Play staff and identify training needs.
• Develop a tailored curriculum covering cultural awareness, diversity, and teamwork under tight deadlines.
• Facilitate two half‑day interactive training sessions in Addis Ababa.
• Provide post‑training feedback, recommendations, and supporting materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering cultural awareness or diversity training for NGOs or similar organisations.
• Strong understanding of multicultural dynamics in high‑stress work settings.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.
