Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations to lead and oversee the operational functions of our insurance business. The role reports to the CEO and is responsible for driving efficiency, strategic initiatives, and high‑quality service delivery across General Insurance Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all core areas of General Insurance Operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure resource allocation and performance monitoring to achieve service excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and operational improvements.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• First degree from a recognized institution; diploma or advanced diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the insurance sector.
• At least 4 years in a managerial position within General Insurance Operations.
