Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Associate

About the role

Hulu Software Labs is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Associate to join its Addis Ababa office. You will help shape and execute digital marketing strategies while enhancing the overall experience for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analyse customer engagement metrics and use data‑driven insights to refine tactics.
• Create and manage brand‑aligned content for social media, websites and other platforms.
• Oversee customer communication channels and ensure timely, consistent interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing, social media campaign management and SEO.
• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting and content strategy.
• Analytical mindset with skills in data analysis, A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and improve satisfaction and retention.
• Familiarity with Ethiopian market dynamics and a passion for supporting local businesses.
