Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop, a fast‑growing e‑commerce company, is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Assistant to boost online visibility and support key marketing initiatives across its Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO efforts to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data such as open rates, website traffic, and conversions.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot emerging trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in deploying new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing ability for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• Excel (or Google Sheets) for data organization and basic analysis.
• SEO knowledge and implementation.
