Digital Printing Machine Operator

About the role

The Digital Printing Machine Operator is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for operating and monitoring digital printing equipment to produce high‑quality printed materials for a variety of client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing machines to produce high‑quality printed materials according to job specifications.
• Prepare printing files, load substrates, and adjust machine settings for color accuracy, registration and output quality.
• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs and use hand tools to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Inspect printed output, make adjustments as needed and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and coordinate with team members on production priorities.
• Communicate production status and any operational issues clearly to supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in printing or machinery operation is a plus.
• Previous experience in a print shop or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift printing materials and work in a fast‑paced production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality control procedures.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting.
