Digital Product Development Expert – Retail & MSME

About the role

The Digital Product Development Expert – Retail & MSME will support the design, enhancement and launch of digital banking products aimed at retail and micro‑small‑medium enterprises. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure new solutions align with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating digital product proposals from external vendors for fit with bank goals.
• Participate in the end‑to‑end development of new digital products for Retail and MSME segments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs across demographics, geography, capital size and industry to shape targeted offerings.
• Apply product lifecycle and pricing knowledge to guide product launch, monitoring and retirement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration is a plus).
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in digital product development or banking services.
• Strong understanding of customer need analysis, product lifecycle management and pricing strategies.
• Demonstrated behavioral competencies such as collaboration, adaptability, continuous improvement and customer centricity.
