About the role

Heineken’s Global Graduate Programme – Commerce is a three‑year development journey designed to fast‑track recent graduates into future commercial leaders. The programme consists of three six‑month rotations across finance, commerce and supply‑chain functions, beginning in the Heineken operating company in Ethiopia, followed by a cross‑functional assignment in Ethiopia and an international placement.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial teams in delivering sales, trade marketing and brand initiatives.
• Analyse market data and consumer insights to inform trade strategies.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects linking finance, supply‑chain and commerce.
• Lead a short‑term international assignment to develop a global mindset.
• Assume a management position in the Ethiopian operating company after the rotations.
