Head of Procurement

About the role

Inkomoko is seeking a strategic leader to head its procurement function across all operating countries. The Head of Procurement will transform procurement from a transactional activity into a strategic partner that drives growth, ensures compliance, and delivers value for money.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional procurement strategy aligned with Inkomoko’s growth objectives.
• Strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance across all procurement activities.
• Improve supplier performance, reduce purchasing cycle times, and embed social procurement goals.
• Build procurement capability and talent across a rapidly expanding regional organization.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and program teams to integrate procurement into overall business planning.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a multi‑country or humanitarian context.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
