About the role
The Human Resources Assistant will support the recruitment and onboarding processes for MIF and ECA fellows, ensuring smooth coordination between HR partners and division focal points.
Key responsibilities
- Finalize the panel’s interview report and prepare the selection memo.
- Support onboarding of MIF fellows in coordination with the HR Partner.
- Collaborate with the ECA division focal point for ECA fellows recruitment, receive applications, conduct preliminary assessments, and prepare long/short lists for review.
- Provide backup support for the RPMS system and assist in transitioning recruitment processes to the SSG project.
