International Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an International Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end brand development and drive brand awareness across target overseas markets. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to shape brand positioning, visual identity, and market entry strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director on brand strategy, from concept to launch, including positioning, core values, visual identity, and market access plans.
• Manage daily operations of major overseas social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and regional niche channels; create content calendars, short‑video and live‑stream schedules.
• Plan and execute online media campaigns, overseeing script writing, video production, editing, publishing, and promotion to boost engagement and conversion.
• Develop PR stories, write press releases and marketing copy, liaise with media, KOLs, and partner accounts, and monitor PR effectiveness.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, competitor activity, user profiles, and consumption patterns; produce analytical reports to refine strategies.
• Lead full‑cycle marketing campaigns (product launches, seasonal promotions, events), coordinating resources, on‑site execution, data tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, International Trade or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, including full‑cycle brand building from 0 to 1.
• Experience managing overseas market operations, preferably in Africa or the Middle East.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
