About the role
Ahadu Bank is seeking motivated fresh graduates for an IT Trainee position. This entry‑level role offers the chance to start a career in banking technology, providing technical support and learning core IT operations within a financial institution.
Key responsibilities
- Provide entry‑level technical support to bank staff and users.
- Assist in maintaining and updating software applications used by the bank.
- Learn and support core banking IT operations under supervision.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving basic IT incidents.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Graduated in the 2018 Ethiopian Calendar year (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduate eager to develop a career in banking IT.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems and software applications.
