About the role

The Junior Sales Representative will join Dodai’s showroom team in Addis Ababa, delivering a professional and friendly introduction to the brand while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers warmly in the showroom and present Dodai products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback on the internal digital platform.
Report daily sales results and lead generation metrics.
Foster a welcoming showroom environment to enhance customer satisfaction and the buying experience.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
1‑3 years of experience in customer success or sales, preferably with a proven track record.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and mentorship.
