Legal & Business Climate Survey Support

About the role

We are seeking a legal professional to support the third edition of our annual Business Climate Survey for the French business community in Ethiopia. The role involves gathering, organizing and analysing member feedback on the current business environment, with a focus on identifying legal and regulatory issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of the Business Climate Survey.
• Contact chamber members to encourage participation and collect responses.
• Compile, clean and organise survey data for analysis.
• Identify and summarise key legal and regulatory challenges highlighted by members.
• Prepare clear, concise summaries of findings for internal and external communication.

Required profile

• Experience in legal, compliance, regulatory or related fields.
• Good understanding of Ethiopia’s legal and business environment.
• Interest in private‑sector and business‑climate issues.

Required skills

• Ability to explain legal and regulatory matters in simple terms.
• Strong written English communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable engaging with business members.
