Marketing Content Creator

About the role

The Marketing Content Creator will develop high‑quality written and visual content that supports Menzies Aviation’s marketing, commercial and employee brand initiatives. You will work across multiple business units to craft compelling stories that communicate the company’s value proposition to customers, partners and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns for Menzies Aviation and Pearl Elevated Travel.
• Produce commercial content such as proposals, presentations, case studies and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source stories and translate complex information into engaging content.
• Assist with brand visibility at industry events, including stand design, supporting materials and event management.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and employee‑brand content.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications or content creation.
• Proven project‑management experience handling multiple content streams and meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with marketing and employer‑brand performance metrics.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly in content creation.
