Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, strengthen the brand, and drive customer engagement. You will shape and execute campaigns that deliver measurable business growth for our client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage the marketing team.
• Plan and execute integrated digital and offline campaigns.
• Oversee brand positioning, identity, and communication.
• Lead digital activities including website management, SEO, social media, and online campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer and market trends.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI.
• Track performance and present reports to management.
• Support customer engagement and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Manage PR, media relations, corporate communications, and external partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, brand management and analytics.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, creativity and problem‑solving skills.
