Multiple Customer Service & IT Roles Across Ethiopia

About the role

Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C. is expanding its team and is looking for qualified professionals to fill several positions across its branches in Ethiopia. Opportunities include customer‑service roles, an IT support position, and a branch management role, each located in key cities such as Dire Dawa, Jimma, Hawassa, Kombolcha, Bishoftu, Adama and others.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to micro‑enterprise clients and low‑income borrowers.
• Handle client inquiries, process loan applications, and maintain accurate records.
• For the IT Support Officer, ensure smooth operation of hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Branch Managers oversee daily branch activities, staff performance and compliance with microfinance regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, IT or related fields).
• Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in banking or micro‑finance, with senior positions requiring at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
• For IT Support, at least 2 years of experience in a similar technical environment.

Required skills
