Network & Infrastructure Administration Officer I

About the role

The Network & Infrastructure Administration Officer I will support the company's IT environment by managing network and infrastructure services. This position is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Human Capital Management Department.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control daily network and infrastructure operations.
• Maintain and monitor network performance, ensuring reliability and security.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects related to network upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide technical support to internal users and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
• Document procedures, configurations and incidents for future reference.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of two successive years of experience as a Network and Infrastructure Administration Officer I.
• Insurance profession diploma and CII are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the insurance business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High dedication, hard‑working attitude, dependable and a team player.
