Procurement & Outsourcing Officer I

About the role

The Procurement & Outsourcing Officer I will support the bank’s Head Office by managing the end‑to‑end procurement cycle and overseeing outsourced services. This position ensures that all purchases and third‑party arrangements comply with internal policies and banking regulations while delivering value and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor procurement strategies for goods and services required by the bank.
• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, negotiating contracts that meet cost, quality, and compliance standards.
• Manage ongoing outsourcing relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met and risks are mitigated.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and align procurement activities with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Logistics and Supply Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, exclusively within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations related to procurement and outsourcing.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
