Quality Control Operator – Amharic (Remote)

About the role

Cybertexex is looking for an entry‑level Quality Control Operator who will help verify graphic and numerical data processed by our automated KYC and fraud‑detection systems. This remote position is ideal for recent graduates or anyone eager to start a tech‑focused career without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data outputs from automated compliance tools.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of information used for fraud detection.
• Identify errors, correct them, and suggest improvements to system performance.
• Maintain detailed records of verification activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Amharic.
• Strong logical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality.
• Quiet home workspace equipped with a computer/laptop, headset, and stable high‑speed internet (≥50 Mbps).
