Reward and Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Reward and Reporting Specialist will oversee reward administration, payroll processing, and HR reporting across all sites. Acting as the primary contact for compensation analytics, the role ensures compliance with internal processes and evolving legislation while supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations, verify accuracy, supervise payroll submission, and manage payroll systems.
• Control bonus, short‑term incentive, severance, and separation payments in line with labor law.
• Collect, organize, and analyze FTE and headcount data for periodic reporting.
• Produce timely compensation and personnel cost reports for stakeholders.
• Lead the personnel cost budgeting process and manage the ROFO cycle.
• Gather remuneration survey data and benchmark against market peers.
• Assess equal‑pay gaps and recommend DEI actions.
• Handle employee compensation claims and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data and business analytics within HR or compensation.
• Strong ability to present complex financial and non‑financial data clearly.
• Business acumen and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Experience in FMCG sales is a plus.
• BSc/BA in a relevant field such as Statistics, Finance, or Business Administration.
