About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated sales professionals to join its partner program as a Sales Growth Business Partner. In this remote, commission‑only role you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies and help them modernise hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential client companies within your network.
• Present the benefits of Flowmingo’s AI interview solution and its impact on hiring efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor for prospects exploring the platform.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to improve product and program offerings.
• Operate independently and earn revenue based on the premium features adopted by referred clients.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales or consulting.
• Strong network in the hiring, HR or talent acquisition space.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
