About the role
The SAP ERP Support Team Leader ensures the smooth operation of inbound and outbound SAP interfaces, quickly detecting and resolving any failures. This role is pivotal for maintaining data integrity between systems and overseeing incident, problem, and change governance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inbound and outbound SAP ERP interfaces.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve interface failures promptly.
- Map and transform data between SAP and external systems.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes related to SAP operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and system reliability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience in SAP ERP support or similar roles.
