About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Digital Sales Specialist to join our team in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. The role is contract‑based and on‑site, focusing on building and executing integrated marketing and sales initiatives that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategies.
• Create, launch and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor and analyse web analytics and campaign performance metrics.
• Optimise social media presence and digital advertising efforts.
• Enhance customer communication through email and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Conduct extensive door‑to‑door sales activities as required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, online marketing or social media marketing.
• Strong sales background with proven door‑to‑door experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with solid organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
