Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to design, own, and continuously improve end‑to‑end recruitment processes. You will build robust talent pipelines and support rapid growth across both professional and blue‑collar roles within Abet.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for diverse positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain high‑volume talent pipelines for blue‑collar and specialized professional roles.
• Design competency‑based interview frameworks, including scorecards and evaluation tools.
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, set hiring priorities, and define realistic timelines.
• Drive employer branding initiatives through talent outreach, social media strategies, and creative campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics via dashboards and weekly updates to leadership.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Train and coach hiring managers on best‑in‑class interviewing techniques, bias awareness, and selection practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑volume or fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to build or scale recruitment systems, processes, and pipelines from scratch.
• Excellent organizational skills with a bias for disciplined, fast execution under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional judgment, and strict confidentiality.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• LinkedIn sourcing and modern recruitment tools.
