SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic & Paid Search Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The successful candidate will optimise website content, manage link‑building campaigns and run PPC ads on Google and Bing to boost visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand and optimise target lists to increase organic traffic.
• Optimise on‑page elements such as meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitoring cost‑per‑acquisition and ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report on SEO, PPC and website analytics (GA4) to provide actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
