Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will act as a trusted connector, introducing Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers in your network.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained professional network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible, commission‑only basis.
